A little more progress

I haven't had a lot of time to paint the last couple days but I did get some work done on his sweet, wee little nose. The nose is a lot like the eyes - once it's "in place" it makes a world of difference. So even though there's not a lot of progress in this update, I wanted to post because it's kind of fun to see the difference the nose makes. :-)

With my totally untrained eyes, I had to go back and forth on the previous photo to see the difference...and there is a huge difference! Thanks for showing.

He's really coming along. You can see his personality now!
I love to do the eyes first. Really breathes life into a painting.

BTW, I tagged you (don't hate me:).
See my blog for details...

Thanks for this--it's really interesting to follow the progress of a painting. Lovely work.

Thanks all! :-)

cg, this is not my pup but I would like to adopt him, lol! The painting on the header is my pup, though. :-)
