I've been tagged

I was tagged by the lovely and talented Jen at Gypsy Mare Studios, so I need to think of 6 interesting facts about myself. Hmmm...

My first crush was on Aquaman. I still think he's kind of hot.

I worked as a cake decorator for a couple years at a cake shop, and had clients ask for me specifically to make their erotic cakes because mine looked more "realistic" than anyone else working there. **blush**

My favorite sushi is the one with flying fish roe.

One of my guilty pleasures is Westerns. Hubby says I'm in danger of losing my Netflix privileges.

My homemade kimchi will rock your world.

I can't swim underwater. Never have been able to. I try and think I'm doing it, but find out after that no, I was on the surface the whole time. Aquaman would be ashamed of me.

I'm not going to specifically tag anyone, but if anyone wants to play let me know so I can read what you wrote. :-)

  1. I have no idea what kimchi is but I believe you...simply because you post cooking pictures of other things that look delicious.

  2. It's the Korean version of sauerkraut, with cabbage, daikon radish, ginger, hot peppers, and carrots to name a few of the ingredients. Very tasty actually! I learned how to make it a couple years ago. :-)

  4. Yay! Thanks for playing. Aquaman, hmmm, that's different. Never did like blondes:)
    You'd think I liked westerns because of the horses but I don't. Some of the newer ones I like a lot such as The Assasination of Jesse James and 3:10 to Yuma.
    I've never had sushi either!

  5. Jen, get thee to a sushi bar, asap!!!
    Sushi = Food as Art.

    Yeah, one of the main reasons I like westerns is because of the horses...I'm always going, "Look at that horse!" and "OMG, did you see that horse!!!" But I also like the sense of rugged independence of the times, where a wrong decision could mean life or death, and I also like the soundtracks, as grand and sweeping as a prairie sunset... :-)

  7. OMG.... Do you watch Entourage on HBO? We get it on DVD from Netflix and love it! The main character, Vincent Chase is an actor playing Aquaman. My hubby and I love it!

  8. I must add Kathleen, that Entourage is a bit raunchy (language and sex) and the first season DVD seems to be the only one so far that deals with the character as Aquaman. (I didn't want you to get it without a warning!) :-D
